Zora Frešová was born 1971 in Bratislava. She studied psychology at Comenius-University and underwent trainings in Rogers' psychotherapy and clinical psychology. For five years she worked in a psychiatric hospital at Pezinok, Slovakia. .
\She is married and a mother of two.
In 1992 she became acquainted with shamanism; now she is a lecturer for FSS as well as a shamanic practitioner. Mainly with Shamanic Counseling she tries to help her clients in their life problems.
